Content Rules for Ratings

To ensure the quality of ratings on Mapy.com, we reserve the right not to publish ratings if:

• The rating violates the laws of the Czech Republic in any way or is contrary to good manners
• Contains inappropriate or offensive content, curses or insults
• Discloses additional information about the identity of reviewers (e.g., phone, employment, any other data that violates privacy)
• Contains URL links or an email address or phone number
• Contains incomprehensible information
• Is not relevant to the given place and the reviewer does not have personal experience with the location
• Contains advertising messages
• Contains offensive, poor quality, or artificially altered photos
• If we label it as spam

Photo Rules for Ratings

All uploaded photos undergo an initial check before they are published. We reserve the right not to publish a review if they contain photos where:

• The content of the photos is contrary to good manners
• Confidential information is disclosed in the photos (credit card numbers, medical records, IDs, etc.)
• The photos are not of sufficient quality, i.e., must not be blurred, too light/dark, must be without edits and added effects (text, frames, filters, collages, watermarks, artificially inserted text or graphics, advertisement, etc.)
• Persons are depicted over a significant part of the photo
• Persons are depicted in the photos without the uploader’s written consent. By adding a rating, the uploader confirms that they have this written consent
