Nearby Trips

Do you want to see something interesting, but don’t know what is nearby? Do you want to discover new interesting places? The maps will find the best nearby trips for you.

  • Search for or mark on the map a point around which you want to plan a trip
  • Go to the Route tab where the selected place will be marked as the destination
  • Click on the green link Nearby trips under the name of the place
  • In the trip planning panel, choose whether you want to take the trip on foot, by bike, or on cross-country skis
  • Adjust the desired trip length by sliding the point on the bar. The estimated time and the elevation profile of the entire route will also be displayed
  • At the bottom of the sidebar, you will see a list of interesting places along the route

You can add another transit point by dragging the route to the desired location. The number of edits is not limited in any way. The planned trip can be saved in My Mapy or shared via a link.

Where can I find Nearby trips?

On the computer, you can also right-click on the map and select Nearby trips.

You can find the Nearby trips feature in the main menu. After selection, the first trip will automatically be planned according to your current location (which you can remove from the plan by tapping the trash icon and choose any address, point, or location as the starting point).

By pressing the Navigate button in the application, you start the navigation along the trip route. Trips in the application also work offline without an internet connection, anywhere in the world. The only requirement is downloaded offline map materials for the areas in and through which the trips and routes will be planned.
