This feature is only available on a computer. It is used to print the entire displayed page, including the right panel. After clicking the Print button, a print preview window and a dialog for selecting a printer will open.
Download as Image
This allows you to download an image of the entire displayed page, including the right panel. The image is saved in PNG format locally to your computer’s disk.
If you want to print or download only the map itself as an image, simply hide the right panel with the arrow button in the middle of the panel. Only what is displayed on your monitor will be used for printing or saving the map.
Share Map
This is used to share the currently displayed map with other users. In the background, a shortened link is generated (e.g., https://mapy.cz/s/map), which leads to the map exactly as you see it now (retaining the chosen zoom, map base, overlay layers, display of search results, or the route, for example). You just copy the link and send it to someone. The shortened version of the link is permanent and its lifespan is not limited, but it cannot be modified.
You can also directly share the current screen from the Mapy.com environment on Facebook or the network X. In case of sharing the map by email, you need to be logged in to your user account. You’ll need to enter the recipient’s address in the form; the message is optional.
The email will be sent from the email associated with your map profile. In the sent email, the map will be represented either only by the link itself or it can be attached as an image.
The map can also be shared via a QR code, which you can download as an image in JPG (pixels) or SVG (vectors) formats. You can further use the downloaded QR code in your printed materials, for example.
If you need, for example, to place an interactive window with the map including the shared content (personal data displayed on the map) on your website, you can do so using the Embed Map on Your Site function,
