How to report a problem?
In the Mapy.com app Menu, you can find the Problems and Feedback section, choose Premium Problem. Please leave a message directly from the device in question. When purchasing via Google Play, please provide the order number beginning with the code “GPA”, e.g., GPA.1234-1234-1234-1234. We’ll get back to you soon because premium supporters have priority customer support with us.
It’s important to report any discrepancies directly from the app. That way, we receive complete information about the operating system, app version, etc. This allows us to quickly simulate the problem on our end and either fix it or provide you with accurate advice.
