Place Details

The default photo of the place that should best depict it. Clicking on the photo will take you to the photo gallery of the location. If the site has no photo, a panorama preview is shown (clicking will take you to the Panorama), or a prompt to add a photo appears. On the photo, you will also find the option to close the place detail or add more photos.

Opens the relevant Panorama, photo gallery, or 3D view for the location. Some functionalities might not be available for the specific place.

Clicking on a category will take you to search results within the specific category.

The displayed address of the location.

Plans a route to the location.

Saves the point to My Mapy for easy access in the future.

Offers the option to share the place. Either via a link, QR code, or shared map.

Searches for other interesting places nearby the location.

Indicates in which folder the point is if you have already saved it into My Mapy.

Redirects you to the Booking.com portal to search and book accommodation.

Depending on the number of ratings and their quality, it displays the average rating of the site in decimal form and text description, the total absolute number of ratings, and allows adding or editing your own rating.

Shows the status for the current day, and you can view the complete opening hours by clicking on it.

Mainly for businesses and institutions, you will find a website address, email address, and phone number here.

Serves to report a change concerning the given place using the feedback form. You can report any discrepancy (e.g., different location on the map, change of name, change of opening hours, change of contact information, etc.).

For public transport stops and metro stations, displays the stop timetables for buses, trams, trains, and metro, mainly within the Czech Republic.

For car parks where data is available, it shows the number of free parking spaces, or additional information.

Displays the current weather at the location, with a weather forecast for the following days visible on click. We take data from Windy.com.

Structured text with descriptive information about the location, in some cases with a link to the information source (e.g., Wikipedia etc.).

Displays news from selected news websites based on a text match of the place’s name.

For selected ski areas, it includes detailed information about the slope conditions; this information is sourced from external sources such as Holidayinfo.

Displays partial ratings of the place by users. Up to 3 of the most relevant reviews from other users are shown, as well as your own rating (if you have rated the place in the past). All ratings can be viewed with the option “Show all ratings”.

Displays external links related to the location (e.g., web pages with more detailed descriptions, etc.). For addresses, information about the parcel in the Land Registry is also displayed.

Displays other interesting places on Mapy.com nearby or thematically related locations.

Displays user-favorite places nearby based on positive text reviews.

Upon clicking displays the GPS coordinates of the location in one of the supported formats WGS84, OLC, MGRS, between which you can switch.

Redirects to the Booking.com portal, or another reservation system for the accommodation site.

Redirects directly to reserving a table at the business.

Displays current fuel prices at gas stations where data is available.

Displays information on current events or special offers from the business.

A list of cooperating partners/suppliers of the business.

A list of companies registered at the same location.
